Counselling

I offer a private, quiet, safe space for you to work at your own pace and talk openly. Showing warmth, empathy, and having a sense of humour, I’d like to think that I come across as an approachable person where you will feel safe, heard, accepted, not judged, and feel fully understood. I have 24 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting, teaching, and motivating them. By working outside of the box, I will use creative ways of working when I think they will be beneficial to you. I work holistically, concentrating on you as a whole person.

Reiki

I’m also a Reiki Master Teacher and a Crystal Therapist, offering reiki treatments and attunements and crystal healing. These can be used within the counselling journey too.

My intention is to bring balance and harmony back into your life and help you feel a great sense of wellbeing.

Reiki and Crystal Healing promotes the body’s natural ability to heal, relaxes the mind; improves mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

I’m particularly interested in you learning to self-HEAL – self-heal, self-empower, self-aware and self-love; listening to yourself, hear yourself, what is your body and mind telling you? I intend to reinforce this when working on clients.

By working in a person-centred approach, the session is all about you, I use my intuition to understand what you need during a treatment session leaving you feeling rebalanced, relaxed, and calm which in return promotes self-HEAL.

I am an accredited member of the The National Counselling Society and the Federation of Holistic Therapists; a member of The Reiki Federation; am fully insured, DBS checked, and First Aid trained.
